- We believe marketing is more than just communications. At its heart, marketing is about focusing a business to understand and win customers. We believe marketing is a philosophy, and a business process. That’s always where we start.
- We believe that marketing is a responsibility. People’s choices, lifestyles and livelihoods can depend on how a company markets itself – so we see it as our responsibility to do our job well and professionally.
- Marketing can sometimes have a bad name, because of the times when some companies have done dubious and manipulative things to try and win business. We won’t get involved in anything like that, because we don’t believe it’s right, or beneficial.
- We believe each client deserves our loyalty, exclusively and completely. That means that where we have a retained relationship with a client, we don’t work with any other company in the same industry where there might be a conflict of interest.
- We believe that marketing can be used for good, and to communicate things that help improve people’s lives and businesses, and that’s the kind of marketing we want to do. We only want to work with companies which feel the same way.
- We believe in working wholeheartedly for our clients. So we only take on a project or client if we believe we can do that – it’s not fair on the client otherwise.
- We believe in working hard and getting things done, and doing what we say we will, on time.
- We also believe in taking time out to feed our minds and be inspired – through continual professional development – to ensure we stay sharp and keeping giving our clients the best.
- We also believe in taking time off to go to the school play, or take the kids to the park. Because life’s too short, and these things really matter.
- We believe in listening carefully, and thinking; not jumping to conclusions and solutions too quickly. So when we give our opinion, it’s well considered.
- We believe in looking at things from lots of angles, and from different people’s perspectives. Plus, we have the ability to see the ‘big picture’ and ‘do the detail’. We believe all those things are vitally important, and make us good at what we do.
- We’re not afraid of saying things that are unpopular, because we believe our clients deserve our honest, considered professional opinion, even if it’s not what they want to hear. (We are tactful though!)
- We also believe in enjoying marketing, and life; being positive, and inspiring our clients to love marketing as much as we do.
